Terms and Conditions

Deposits

  • A 30% deposit is required to confirm all bookings

    • Cancellation Policy

  • Monies held are subject to a refund in the event of a cancellation by the Client, as follows:
    • Cancellation more than 30 days prior to departure date - FULL REFUND less $150.00/person administration fee.
    • Cancellation between 15 and 30 days prior to departure date - 25% REFUND.
    • Cancellation less than 15 days prior to departure date or "no show" - NO REFUND.

    Weather

  • If Hyperspace Sportfishing cancels due to dangerous prevailing weather conditions, a FULL REFUND will be paid to the Client.
  • If the Client cancels due to prevailing weather conditions being deemed dangerous by themselves and such conditions are neither dangerous nor impending in the area to be fished, NO REFUND will be paid to the Client.
  • Safe weather conditions are ALWAYS considered, as your safety is our priority and advice from the relevant authorities is observed.
