E-mail: hyperspace@bigpond.com Deposits A 30 % deposit is require to confirm any bookings. Cancellation Policy Monies held are subject to refund in the event of cancellation by the client as follows: *Cancellation prior to 30 days of departure date-a full refund less a $150-00 administration fee per person. *Cancellation 15 to 30 days prior to departure date-a 25% refund of the full charter rate will be made to the client. *Cancellation less than 15 days prior to the departure date or "no show"-no refund will be payable to the client. *A 50% cancellation fee of the full charter cost will apply if cancellation if more than 15 days prior to departure date. WEATHER If Hyperspace Sportfishing Tours cancels due to dangerous weather conditions a full refund will be made to the client. If cancellation occurs by the client due to prevailing weather conditions being deemed dangerous by themselves and weather conditions are neither dangerous or impending in the area no refund will be made. Weather conditions are always a consideration and weather forecasts issued by the relevant authorities will be taken into consideration. Steve Jeston is the fishing guide who owns and operates Hyperspace Sportfishing Tours and as a resident of Townsville all his life, he has a wealth of knowledge of the North Queensland area. With over 20 years of guiding experience under his belt Steve will put you on the nose of some of the world's best sportfish. All forms of fishing are catered for however Steve specializes in fly-fishing an lure fishing and lure casting. Anglers with all levels of competence are welcome as Steve being a fly fishing tutor will have you casting well in no time.
